管理、活用されなければならない。そのために、どのようなことが必要なのかを探った。
The Secrecy Protection Act will be enforced in December 2014. The problem of this bill that the secret specified may spread boundlessly. If historically important even if it is secret information, it needs to be someday opened to the public. The Public Records and Archives Management Act which was enforced in April 2011 guarantees it. However there are many issues which should conquer in The Public Records and Archives Management Act. I studied how to improve the guidelines that prescribe the practical use of the law.},
