Shigenobu had earlier published, in the 13th year of Bunsei (1830), a single page leaflet under the title Gogaku Kyūri Kuhon Kukaku Sōkatsu Zushiki (\"A General Scheme of the Principles of [the Japanese] language in Nine Classes and Nine Cases\"), and the Gogaku Shinsho is a more detailed exposition of the scheme outlined there.\nShigenobu's nine classes comprise Jittaigen (nouns), Kyotaigen (adjectives), Daimeigen (pronouns), Rentaigen (participial adjectives), Katsuyōgen (verbs), Keiyōgen (adverbs), Setsuzokugen (conjunctions), Shijigen (prepositions), and Kandōgen (interjections). His nine cases are the Nominative, Genitive, Dative, Accusative, Ablative, Vocative (these six are the set of Taigen Joji) and the Present, Past and Future (these three are the set of Yōgen Joji). Shigenobu's learning was very extensive, ranging over the fields of Japanese, Chinese, Sanskrit and Western studies, and he authored numerous works concerning each of these. In the area of linguistics alone, one can cite, in addition to the aforementioned texts, his Samashikyō (瑳磨詞鏡) , Gogaku Hituju (語学筆受) , Jindai Mojikō (神代文字考) , and Zōho Taisei Seigo Kanazukai (増補大成正誤仮名遣) , on Japanese linguistics, the Shibun Ruigo (詩文類語) , Jukugo Jōshiki (熟語定式) and Joji Yōhō (助辞用法) on Chinese, the Inkyō Kuju (韻鏡口受) , Inkyō Densho (韻鏡伝書) , Kurō Kujuki (九弄口受記) and Shōgaku Jibohyo (小学字母表) on Chinese phonology, the Shittan Hituju (悉曇筆授) , Bongo Shin 'yaku (梵語新訳) , and Shittan Senryakushō (悉曇浅略抄) on Sanskrit, and the Garamatika Gogaku (ガラマチカ語学) , Yōbun Honyaku Benran (洋文翻訳便覧) , Yōgo Haishōka (洋語背誦歌) , Ran'on Kanazukai (蘭音仮字格) , Hayabiki Ranjitsū (早引蘭字通) , and Oranda Jukugoshū 註(和蘭熟語集) concerning Western (Dutch) linguistics.\nThe approach to Japanese lingustics adopted by Shigenobu in his Gogaku Shinsho (語学新書) shows evident similarities to that of his studies not only of Dutch but of Sanskrit, as well. Thus, while there is no question that the Gogaku Shinsho (語学新書) is directly influenced by Dutch grammars, the close relationship between this work and its author's studies of Chinese phonology and Sanskrit should not be overlooked. The purpose of this paper is to examine this relationship.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10003_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.24619/00002091","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10003_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"国文学研究資料館"}]},"item_10003_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0387-7280","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"松村, 明"},{"creatorName":"マツムラ, アキラ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"24721","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"MATSUMURA, Akira","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"24722","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2018-09-10"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"I0907.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"11.8 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_11","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"公開講演 鶴峯戊申『語学新書』とその背景","url":"https://kokubunken.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/2095/files/I0907.pdf"},"version_id":"ccb3cade-f99b-4e87-aec0-ca394016e5e9"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"conference paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_5794"}]},"item_title":"公開講演 鶴峯戊申『語学新書』とその背景","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"公開講演 鶴峯戊申『語学新書』とその背景"},{"subitem_title":"Concerning Tsurumine Shigenobu's Gogaku Shinsho","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10003","owner":"3","path":["228"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2016-08-05"},"publish_date":"2016-08-05","publish_status":"0","recid":"2095","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["公開講演 鶴峯戊申『語学新書』とその背景"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-15T15:39:08.393461+00:00"}
