The precursor of these works was Shinodazuma. The sekkyo entitled Shinodazuma is often given as one example of five sekkyo, but the original text of this no longer exists, and also its real sekkyo content is unknown. On the other hand, there are ancient joruri plays Shinodazuma in Kyoto and Osaka, an anonymous work (possibly by Dewanojo) from the second year of Enpo, as well as a work by Kakutayu from the sixth year, which are regarded as having similar sentences. In Edo, there is also Abe no Seimei Jinpen no Urakata from the third year of Shotoku, which contains very similar sentences. An anonymous work from the second year of Enpo entitled Shinodazuma Tsurigitsune appending Abe no Seimei shussho is presently considered to be the earliest publication as a kojoruri Shinodazuma. This book provides the first clue for our research into Shinodazuma. Hokisho a commentary on the Hoki almanac has generally been regarded as the work which provided the basis for this Enpo 2 kojoruri, though Prof. Watanabe Morikuni has proposed the theory that the original was in fact Abe no Seimei Monogatari from the second year of Kanbun. However, in relation to the ancient joruri Shinodazuma, in addition to Hokisho, there are Hokishuriden, thought to pre-date it, and the waka-based Tsukinokarumoshu. The Enpo 2 Joruri seems more likely to have been influenced by these works rather than Abe no Seimei Monogatari, elaborating their basic material and re-shaping it into joruri form. In this light, I would like to analyze how the Enpo 2 kojoruri shinodazuma borrows stories from these older texts, recreating itself as a new work of ancient joruri.}, pages = {125--155}, publisher = {国文学研究資料館}, title = {研究発表 古浄瑠璃『しのだつま』の新趣向 ―文章の重なりと、「書」の相伝の観点から―}, year = {1996}, yomi = {カガ, ケイコ} }
