Particularly a special emphasize will be given on to the translation of Genji Monogatari to Turkish. Although there are a few translation works which translated from Japanese original, most of the translations of Japanese literature in Turkish are translated form the translation of Western languages, particularly English. Of course, there are a lot of translation problems occur on those translation processes. For that reason, new translations which translated directly from original text will be helpful for to grow a real understanding on Japanese literature in Turkey. But, the translation process from Japanese to Turkish has several problems. Especially Japanese classical literature has a very different style of descriptions for environment, nature and human relations etc. The translation process of Genji Monogatari will solve some of these translation problems and will be a good reference for further translations from Japanese literature. The translated text will be published at 2008.}, pages = {1--12}, publisher = {国文学研究資料館}, title = {講演 『源氏物語』のトルコ語訳について}, year = {2008}, yomi = {エルキン, H ジャン} }
