{"created":"2023-05-15T14:50:33.024017+00:00","id":3592,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"1291ed4e-552f-4edb-b4ae-48b50ccbcc0c"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"3592","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"3592"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kokubunken.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003592","sets":["1:377:4:306"]},"author_link":["23854","23855"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2018-03-16","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"14","bibliographicPageEnd":"101","bibliographicPageStart":"89","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"49","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"国文学研究資料館紀要　アーカイブズ研究篇"},{"bibliographic_title":"The Bulletin of National Institure of Japanese Literature, Archival Studies","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"松本市文書館は、松本市史編さん室の成果を受け継ぎ、市内の各支所・出張所にのこされていた昭和の合併以前の旧村役場文書や、寄贈・寄託された地域資料等を公開している。その中でも旧村役場文書は７万点を超える文書が所蔵されている。現在、文書館では年代・文書名による文書検索ができる。しかし、各村役場で行われていた業務の中で、どのような文書が引き継がれたのか、また、どの文書が残存しているのかは未解明である。本稿では、「島内村役場文書」を中心に、明治初年から明治20年代までの戸長役場における文書の引き継ぎと、文書の残存状況を検討した。\n戸長役場では、県からの布達に従い、村の合併の際や村吏の交代の際に、引き継ぐ文書が書かれた「事務受渡証」等の目録が作成された。しかし、戸長役場にあったすべての文書が、記載の対象とならなかったため、残存している文書の中には、この目録に書かれていないものも多い。また、この目録に書かれた文書の中には、村吏を務めた個人が引き取ってしまった文書や、文書の整理過程で旧村役場文書と切り離して整理されてしまったものある。\n今後、旧村役場文書の全体を把握するためには、残存している文書を戸長役場の業務の中に位置付けながら分析を進めるとともに、地域資料とした文書も分析の対象とする必要がある。また、文書館は利用者に対して、分析結果を提供していくことが求められる。\nThe Matsumoto City Archives, in taking up the fruit of research carried out at the Matsumoto City Historiographical Office, has made public a collection of documents related to local history. These documents include materials, now stored at branch offices located throughout the city, that were once donated or otherwise deposited at several old village offices—offices have since become obsolete due to the municipal consolidation of 1954. This is a vast collection: these old village offices contained a total some 70,000 items. Currently, it is possible at the city archives to make a search of their collection by date and title. However, it remains unclear exactly which documents were transferred to which office, and which documents are currently extant. This article attempts to examine the current state of documents transferred to the old office of the town mayor (koch¯o yakuba) of Shimauchi Ward, in Matsumoto City, during the second half of the nineteenth century.\nIndexes were compiled and stored at the old office of the town mayor listing official documents written up for those occasions when villages were consolidated or village officials were transferred in accordance with proclamations issued by the prefectural government. However, because not all documents then stored at the office of the town mayor were recorded in these indexes, many extant documents are not recorded anywhere in these lists. On the other hand, a number of documents that do appear in these indexes can no longer be found due to the fact either that they were received personally by the village officials of the time or that, in the process of reorganizing these documents, they were stored somewhere else outside of the mayor’s office.\nIn order to gain a clear picture of the entire body of documents once stored at the office of the town mayor, therefore, it will be necessary, first, to understand the original place of extant documents within the procedural process of the town office, and second, to expand research to include a great many more documents currently stored in other local offices and archives.
