 It was shown that what is called MARC format was seen from both sides of the physical structure and logic structure and the issues were discussed. Delay of access time with the feature of the physical structure and the point that cannot express bibliography data enough with the feature of logic structure were clarified and a guidance to provide a format on the bases of it was shown.},
