However reading of Monzen (Wen hsuan, ancient Chinese Poems) selected several kinds of explanatory notes and seemed to give Kunchu (a commentary of the reading and interpretation of difficult characters). Because an old tradition Zhaoming monzen (no explanatory notes) was read by explanatory notes of Ehon（会本）, there was the case to be different texts from each other and Kunchu results in stratifying not to be restricted to specific explanatory note. Such a fact is possible to recognize in marginal and Kanmotsu (annotation of a book) of ancient manuscripts. In Kujobon monzen which was known as passing Kunpo of Shiki family, detailed aspects of those Monzen chanting were investigated and the use condition of Monzen shuchu (collected annotations) which has been passed down only in our country was elucidated.
