{"created":"2023-05-15T14:50:58.344388+00:00","id":4489,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"b81329c2-8dc2-4fae-bd5c-d349bc5cc2f4"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"4489","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"4489"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kokubunken.repo.nii.ac.jp:00004489","sets":["1:377:4:399"]},"author_link":["31150","31151"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2022-03-18","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"18","bibliographicPageEnd":"147","bibliographicPageStart":"133","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"53","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"国文学研究資料館紀要　アーカイブズ研究篇"},{"bibliographic_title":"The Bulletin of The National Institure of Japanese Literature, Archival Studies","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　かねてから課題であった文学館とアーカイブズの関係について考察するため、アーカイブズ組織の特徴である「出所・原秩序・階層構造に根ざしてその本質・構造を分析」するという観点から、文学館の刊行する目録やネット上に公開するデータベースの現状を調査した。結果、文学館では文庫・コレクションといった資料群ごとの管理がなされていたものの、資料の出所よりも一文学者に関する資料であるという性質が重視されていることが判明した。文学館の目録は、階層構造に根ざした編成ではなく、図書・雑誌、原稿、遺品といった形態別に分類されているものが多く、データベースも同様の傾向にあることが判明した。\n　さらに、文学アーカイブズの編成記述が可能か検討するため、三鷹市山本有三記念館を例にシリーズ設定を行った。作家という個人活動を階層構造で表すため、タイトルごとにシリーズを編成したことにより、文学アーカイブズの編成記述は可能とわかったものの、シリーズ項目が多くなってしまうこと、資料整理に時間と知識が必要なことから、形態別分類が主流となっている文学館に編成記述を導入する必要性は低いことも明らかになった。しかし、文学アーカイブズを編成記述することによって、形態別分類で拡散してしまった関連資料がまとまり、文学作品のプロセスが多くの利用者に理解できるようになるため、文学アーカイブズの利用促進につなげる可能性を見出すことができた。\n　To elucidate the relationship between literary museum and the archives, the catalogs and the\ndatabases by literary museum were examined from the perspective of \"analyzing the nature and structure of\nthe archives based on their source, original order, and hierarchical structure\". Consequently, although literary\nmuseums managed for each group of materials, being the material of a particular literary person was more\nimportant than the source of the materials. Additionally, the catalogs of literary archives and the database\nwere classified by form.\nTo examine whether it is possible to arrangement and describe of literary archives, the Mitaka City\nYuzo Yamamoto Memorial Museum as an example was set up a series. Because of the large number of\nseries and the time and knowledge required for organizing the materials, there was little need to introduce\narrangement and describe in literary museum.
