A serial story in Tokyo Eiri Newspapers which were most deeply concerned with the occurrence were considered. From the work by Furukawa Kairaishi, illustrated general news articles were shown, the theory of “Iwata Yasohachi no hanashi”（岩田八十八のはなし）was amended, a fictitious serial story such as “Kinnosuke no hanashi”（金之助のはなし）were shown, the title, the numbers, the author format were decided. The occurrence of historical novels were also mentioned. \n\n This serial stories are soon to be established with the self-awareness called “Novel” by Tsubouchi Shoyo in Yomiuri Shinbun.
