CD-ROM was chosen as a distributing medium, as materials, divided into three kinds as follows, (1) inventory data (2) full text data (3) multimedia data. They were worked sequentially.\n\n（1）Inventory style data: Date structure was designed for the purpose of fast file search and high speed display, the evaluation software of the micro document list database was made. Also by analysis of questionnaires for trials, a favorable result was able to get from it.
