{"created":"2023-05-15T14:51:06.421064+00:00","id":4787,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"c6e121f7-6f22-4446-954a-6248b78d3c3d"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"4787","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"4787"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kokubunken.repo.nii.ac.jp:00004787","sets":["1:377:4:418"]},"author_link":["31218","31219"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2023-03-24","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"19","bibliographicPageEnd":"112","bibliographicPageStart":"85","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"54","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"国文学研究資料館紀要　アーカイブズ研究篇"},{"bibliographic_title":"The Bulletin of The National Institure of Japanese Literature, Archival Studies","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　コレクション史料の整理にあたっては、出所および配列の二重構造に配慮する必要があり、受け入れ時に周到な調書を作成しておくことが望まれる。しかし、現実にはその譲渡・移管はコレクターの没後に実現することが多く、十分な情報を得ることが難しい。\n　国文学研究資料館所蔵の小杉榲邨関係史料（「小杉榲邨収集文書」・「徴古雑抄」）もそのひとつであり、各史料群の概要記述や目録編成に再点検が必要な状況にある。\n　本稿ではこのような現状に鑑み、コレクション史料取扱い上の原則に基づく整理（記述・編成）実現のため、残された資源からの情報抽出を試みた。そこで重視したのは、各史料の外形的特徴と書き入れ・識語などの内容記述である。\n　検討の結果、以下２点を確認することができた。１点目は、外形的特徴に注目した体系的調査は二次出所を復元する上で一定の有効性があり、目録編成を行うための手掛かりを提供すること。そこで得られた情報は、小杉榲邨関係史料のように複数のアーカイブズ（館）で分散管理されているコレクション史料の全体像を把握する上でも有用である。２点目は、主に内容記述に注目した所蔵史料群相互の関係性追究が、コレクションに新たな価値を付加すること。概要記述の充実はもちろん、当該コレクション全体の性格を見直す上で有効な視角を与えることに繋がる。\n　あわせて、国文学研究資料館所蔵「徴古雑抄別本」の史料的価値についても触れた。\n　When organizing collection materials, it is necessary to take into consideration the dual structure of provenance and arrangement, and careful documentation should be made at the time of acceptance. In reality, however, transfers and donations often take place after the death of the collector, making it difficult to obtain sufficient information.\n　The materials related to Kosugi Sugimura at the National Institute of Japanese Literature are one such example.\n　In light of this situation, this paper attempts to extract information from the remaining resources in order to realize some kind of organization (description and composition) based on the principles of handling historical materials in the collection. Therefore, the emphasis was placed on the external characteristics of each historical document and the content descriptions such as marginal notes and postscripts.\n　As a result of our investigation, we were able to confirm the following two points: First, systematic research focusing on external characteristics is effective in recovering secondary sources, and provides clues for cataloging.
