According to the knowledge of the language studies, it can be confirmed the auxiliary verb シ (so-called attributive form of past auxiliary verb　キ) originally doesn’t express the meaning of past tense, but meant continuation of the movements and actions and the remaining results or completion from songs of Kojiki（古事記）, Nihonshoki（日本書紀）. When they and the auxiliary verb シ of Manyo poem at an early stage which mean the past tense clearly are examined again, that is absolutely true. It is not disconnected from the present, but it is common to be relatively closer and related to the present. It was thought that シin Tnaka vol.1, No.7 express the past relatively closer to the present.
