{"created":"2023-05-15T14:48:57.390175+00:00","id":828,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"27078436-97f8-4647-b2d1-9b2614bb7f3b"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"828","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"828"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kokubunken.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000828","sets":["1:377:4:69"]},"author_link":["12338","12339"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2013-03-15","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"09","bibliographicPageEnd":"67","bibliographicPageStart":"43","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"国文学研究資料館紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"The Bulletin of The National Institure of Japanese Literature Archival Studies","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿は、アーカイブズ学における史料管理論の観点から、地域で展開される被災文化遺産救出態勢の構築のあり方を考察したものである。具体的には、東日本大震災被災地における活動実践の分析を通じ、現地における救出態勢の構築過程を解明するとともに、今後に向けた課題を提出することを目的とした。分析対象として、東日本大震災の被災地である茨城県で被災文化遺産救出活動に従事する茨城文化財・歴史資料救済・保全ネットワーク準備会（茨城史料ネット）を主に取り上げ、同じく福島県で活動に従事するふくしま歴史資料保存ネットワーク（ふくしま史料ネット）を比較対象とした。\n\n両者の活動実践を分析した結果、地域における救出活動のにない手は、資料救出・保全ネットワーク、地方自治体、地方自治体の博物館施設・専門的職員、研究団体・研究者、ボランティア参加者の五者に区分可能となった。これにより地域における被災文化遺産の救出体勢の構築は、資料救出・保全ネットワークを結節点とする二方向で理解することができた。最後に、資料所在悉皆調査の推進、官民連携の観点から県別史料協と資料救出・保全ネットワークの連携、「歴史資料の現地保存主義」の再検討、の3点を課題に掲げた。\n\nIn this study, I discussed away to make preparations to rescue cultural heritages and important historical documents from damages by disasters in Japanese local communities from the point of view of archives. I analyzed two cases of rescue activities practice for damaged cultural heritages in Ibalaki Prefecture and Fukushima Prefecture. I both cases, a volunteer organization named Network for Preserving Historical Materials has a central role.\nFrom the results of this analysis, it became possible to understand the participants of the rescue activities by grouping them; local governments, specialists of cultural heritages (i.e. curators and archivists) in local governments, historical researchers, volunteer organizations, individual volunteers. In the future in order to rescue damaged cultural heritages from disaster areas promptly, there is a need to enhance collaboration between local governments and volunteer organizations.
