| 内容記述 | 日本のビジネス・アーカイブズの公開はきわめて限定的である。一方、社会における企業の持つ重要性は過去に類例を見ないほどの高まりを見せている。そうした状況下でビジネス・アーカイブズの公開と利用のツールとして「会社史」を考えてみた。 具体的には明治期以降の東京府における発電・売電事業に一程度の貢献を果たした電車事業に着目した。なかでも多摩地域に敷設された京王電気軌道株式会社（現京王）を取り上げ、発電・売電事業が当該企業の収益の中核をなしたことを確認した。また、発電事業が多摩地域の社会にどのような影響を与えたかを検討した。 また、最初に日本におけるビジネス・アーカイブズの概略と歴史についても簡単に触れた。 In Japan, business archives are seldom made open to public. On the other hand, the importance of corporations in the society is growing more than ever. In this context, I came up with an idea of using company histories as a tool for releasing and utilizing business archives. Specifically, I focused my attention on electric railcar business, which had somewhat contributed to the electric power generation and sale in Tokyo in and after the Meiji Period. In particular, I picked up Keio Denki Kidou Corporation （presently, Keio Corporation）, that had built railroads in the Tama, Tokyo area. After confirming that the generating and selling of electric power had played the primary role in raising the company’s revenue, I examined how its power generation business had impacted the society of the Tama area. In addition, I briefly touched upon the outline and history of business archives in Japan. |
