| 内容記述 | 近年、デジタルアーカイブ構築の動きが活発化している。背景の一つとして、東日本大震災以降、身の回りにあるものが記憶を伝える記録資料となりうることが広く認識されるようになったことが挙げられよう。また、以前より博物館・美術館、図書館、文書館等ではデジタルアーカイブ事業が個々に取り組まれていたが、今やデジタルアーカイブ同士の連携が求められる段階に入った。 今後は多様な文化資産情報の集約と一元検索の実現を目指すにあたり、アーカイブズ情報共有の促進が課題になると考えられる。 本稿では、デジタルアーカイブに関わる二つの潮流―オープンデータとオープンサイエンスについて概観しつつ、機関リポジトリを利用したデジタルアーカイブ構築の有用性を実際の資料を用いて検討する。一橋大学が所蔵する日本・旧満州鉄鋼業資料のメタデータ・マッピング作業を通して、アーカイブズ情報共有における利点と課題を明らかにすることが目的である。その上で今後のアーカイブズ情報共有のあり方についての展望を示したい。 In recent years, the trend toward construction of digital archives has intensified. One of the reasons for this is increased awareness, following the Great East Japan Earthquake, of the fact that the things around us can serve as materials for transmitting our memories. Also, a greater number of digital archive projects have been undertaken individually at museums, libraries, and archives, and we are now at a stage where there is a need for links between digital archives. As efforts are made in the future to aggregate information on cultural heritage and allow for integrated searches, encouraging the sharing of archive information will become a pressing task. In this article, I will offer an overview of two trends in digital archives, open data and open science, and will investigate the usefulness of constructing digital archives that utilize institutional repositories by using actual materials. My purpose is to clarify the advantages and challenges of archive information sharing through metadata mapping work on Japanese/Manchurian steel industry materials held by Hitotsubashi University. Based on those considerations, I would like to discuss the future outlook for archive information sharing. |
