| 内容記述 | 本稿では、防衛省防衛研究所戦史研究センター所蔵の「若松史料」の特質を来歴と史料群の構造から明らかにすると同時に、「若松史料」の活用を容易にすべく目録の編成を行った。軍隊運営上、兵站を担う経理業務などの後方業務は必要不可欠であるが、後方業務に関する研究は未だ充実していない。陸軍主計を養成した陸軍経理学校の旧蔵図書からなる「若松史料」は、陸軍主計らがどのような教育を受けどのような研究をしていたのかを知るうえで有効であり陸軍経理の研究を進めるうえで欠かせない史料群である。来歴からは、①終戦前後で焼却されず、当時の陸軍経理学校にとって機密保持の優先度が高くなく、②米軍により接収の対象になった、③陸上自衛隊業務学校が1954（昭和29）年の時点で教育上必要とした図書の中で一橋大学における研究に資さない、④1970（昭和45年）当時の業務学校にとって非現用であった陸軍経理学校旧蔵図書類のうち、2009（平成21）年以前に他の史料群や分類に編成されなかった図書類を改めて陸軍経理学校の旧蔵図書という秩序のもとに構成したという特質を明らかにした。構造分析では陸軍経理学校における保管および利用状態を再現する形でシリーズレベルまで編成を行い、陸軍経理組織や陸軍主計らがどのようなことに関心を抱き調査研究をしていたかなど研究機関としての陸軍経理学校の活動を探ることのできる史料群であるとの特質を明らかにした。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this paper, I identify the characteristics and compile a catalog of the "Wakamatsu Historical Materials," books formerly held by the Imperial Japanese Army Accounting School and currently held by the National Institute for Defense Studies at the Ministry of Defense. The collection is indispensable in understanding the research activities of the Imperial Japanese Army Accounting School, especially since research on rear-area operations, such as logistical and accounting procedures, remain underdeveloped. The characteristics are as follows: 1) They were not burned around the end of the war, indicating that they were not highly classified by the Imperial Japanese Army Accounting School; 2) They were subject to confiscation by the U.S. military; 3) They were not a necessary educational component at the JGSDF Service School in 1954 and irrelevant to research conducted at Hitotsubashi University; and 4) They were no longer in active use for the JGSDF Service School in 1970 and compiled under “former holdings of the Imperial Japanese Army Accounting School,” a category for documents that had not been classified into other categories before 2009. I have organized the collection through structural analysis into series to reconstruct the storage and usage conditions at the time. |
