| 内容記述 | 本稿は、国立大学法人東京芸術大学美術学部近現代美術史・大学史研究センターに所蔵されている東京美術学校事務文書を事例として取り上げ、出所である東京美術学校の機能構造分析とシリーズによる編成を試みたものである。 1887（明治20）年に創立された東京美術学校は、日本美術のアカデミズムの中心として広く影響力を持っていた官立学校である。そこで作成・取得された事務文書は、日本近代美術史の基礎資料として歴史的価値を有する一方で、現組織である東京芸術大学の活動につながる証拠でもあり、大学のアカウンタビリティを支える基礎資料としての役割を担っている。 この事務文書を生きた資料として活用していくために、組織の経年変化をふまえた機能との関連からアーカイブズを編成する方法論を用いて、利用者が資料群にアクセスしやすい編成を目指した。まず、東京美術学校の組織歴を確認し、事務組織が担ってきた業務を東京美術学校の事務分掌および東京芸術大学の文書分類表等を用いて機能を把握した。次に、事務文書をアーカイブズの原則にしたがって整理したうえで、機能を軸とした東京美術学校事務文書の編成モデルを設定した。 以上のことから、東京美術学校事務文書を過去から現在につながる連続性の中に位置づけることができ、さらに東京美術学校という組織独自の機能も浮かび上がらせることができた。 |

| 内容記述 | This paper aims to focus on the official documents of Tokyo Bijutsu Gakko retained at Geidai Archive Center of Modern Art, to analyze the functional structure of Tokyo Bijutsu Gakko as the provenance of these documents, and to arrange the official documents. Tokyo Bijutsu Gakko, established in 1887, was a key institution in Japanese art academism and its official documents have historical value for modern Japanese art history. These documents also link to the activities of the current Tokyo University of the Arts and are vital for the university's accountability. To utilize these documents as active resources, I aimed to create an accessible archive arrangement for users by employing a series-based arrangement method that considers the organizational changes over time. In this paper, I first examined the organizational history of Tokyo Bijutsu Gakko to understand the functions of this organization. Next, after arranging the official documents according to the principles of archives, I created an arrangement model that focuses on functionality. From the above, it was possible to position the official documents of Tokyo Bijutsu Gakko within the continuity from past to present. Furthermore, it was possible to highlight the unique functions of the organization. |
