内容記述タイプ Abstract
内容記述 Kindai No Gūwa (published by Sōgensha, 1953) is a collection of 52 poems in chronological order. Among them, the dates of the first publication of “nangoku no ningen”, “gogo no hōmon”, “purosaramiyon”, and “kazari” are uncertain from a chronological table in Teihon Nishiwaki Jyunzaburo Zensyū, although a poem entitled “kazari” was found in Geien (issued on Jan, 1948) later. Therefore, a question arises here; was “kazari” in Kindai No Gūwa the first publication and was “kazari” in Geien the rewritten poem? I would like to answer this question from the following points.
Firstly, in Kindai No Gūwa, the oldest poem is “rusu” (1946), which is in the last part of the book and the latest one is “kindai no guuwa” (the original title: “shigatsu no gūwa”, 1953). This explains that “kazari” was one of the oldest poems, because it was put in the last part of Kindai No Gūwa. Therefore, there is a high possibility that “kazari” in Geien, which was first published in 1948, was the first publication.
Secondly, “kazari” in both Kindai No Gūwa and Geien have 21 lines, and there is a similar expression used in both and also in the close line. Therefore, both of them were written with the same ideas and images, which means “kazari” in Kindai No Gūwa was the rewritten poem.
The next thing I would like to focus on is the end-form. In Geien, for example, “kuru”, “karamu” are used. On the other hand, in Kindai No Gūwa, “tazunerunoda”, “koukan shitanoda”, which is “noda” form, are used. The former manner projects an objective style, while the latter manner projects a subjective expression.
In this paper, I would like to prove that “kazari” in Geien was the first publication. After the proof, I would like to examine how the poem was rewritten, which leads to arguing “the viewpoint”, which aims to contribute to a different approach to understand Kindai No Gūwa.
