| 内容記述 | 極楽往生を達成した人々の往生譚を集め、中世において成立した〝中世往生伝〟について、作品の新たな発掘と、その諸相を明らかにした。次に『三井往生伝』と「念仏往生伝」（金沢文庫本）を中心として、作品構造の解析を試みた。作者層が文人貴族から念仏聖に変化していること。編者意識の中に、一宗一派でまとめる専修的意識が見られること。往生の確認の意味を持っていた、奇瑞・夢告の記述が薄れ、かわりに往生を実見した者の確認の記述がみられること。等を明らかにした。また、これらの現象が、僧伝の集成に向っていく大きな流れの中に位置づけられること。文学性の問題も漢文体の「伝」のスタイルの中にとらえられることなどを明らかにした。 Tales about passing to the next life of the people who attained gokuraku ojo (peaceful death) were collected and the new excavation of the work and the diverse aspects regarding ”Chusei Ojoden”（中世往生伝）established in the Middle Ages were clarified. Next, a structural analysis of the works mainly “Mii ojoden”（三井往生伝）and “Nenbutsu Ojoden”（念仏往生伝）( the Kanazawa Library book) were tried. Followings were confirmed: The class of authors is varying from a noble and a man of letters to the nenbutsu hijiri. A specialization consciousness to generalize a religious school of one religious sect is seen in an editor consciousness. A description of auspicious good omen and a prophetic dream which had a meaning of the confirmation of the death faded and it is possible to see a description of the confirmation of the person who realized it instead. Those phenomena are placed in the big flow that goes to the collection of the Buddhist priest biography. The issues of the literature were found in the style of the “biography” of the classical Chinese. |
