| 内容記述 | 『古今著聞集』は、建長六年、橘成季という人物によって編まれた説話集であり、七〇〇を超える説話が三十の編目に部類されて収められている。同集には多岐にわたる主題の説話が収められているが、詩歌管絃の説話の収集が発端であったことが跋文に記されている。即ち、詩歌管絃に関する説話の集める過程で、それ以外の分野の話題の説話も自ずから蒐集され、最終的に集まった説話を三十の分野に分類したものであるという。実際『古今著聞集』を紐解けば、「和歌」部以外の編目にも和歌・歌人に関する説話が収載されていることが確認できる。また他出の見えない説話も多く、その一部は、しかるべき記録に基づく、史実に基づく逸話であると考えられる。 本稿ではそうした史実に基づくと思しき歌人説話の一つである、「草木」部第六六三話「順徳院御時侍従宰相定家大蔵卿為長をして菊花を詠ぜしめ給ふ事」を取り上げ、説話の背景にある歌学知について考察し、それに基づき説話の具体的読解を行う。さらに同説話を順徳天皇内裏の詩歌壇の一面を示す史料として位置づける。 "Kokon Chomonju" is a collection of narratives compiled by a person named Tachibana no Narisue in the 6th year of the Kenchō. The collection contains narratives on a wide variety of subjects, but it is noted that the collection of narratives of poetry strings was the starting point.In fact, many narratives about waka poets and poets are included. There are also many invisible narratives, some of which are thought to be historical anecdotes based on appropriate records. In this paper, the auther will take up one such anecdote, episode 663, consider the kagaku knowledge behind the narrative, and read the narrative concretely based on it. Furthermore, the auther will try to position it as a historical material that shows one side of the poetry circles around Emperor Juntoku. |
