| 内容記述 | 『夷堅志』は中国南宋時代の洪邁（一一二三～一二〇二）が編纂した志怪小説集である。本書は北宋の滅亡によって王朝の政治・経済の中心が北方から南方へ移行する中の激動の社会を反映した説話を記録している。本稿はまず、『夷堅志』の説話に見られる疫病鬼神のイメージと事例を整理し、それぞれの特徴を考察した。具体的には、本書に見られる疫病鬼神を人間の形象で登場するものと、動物の形象で現れるものに分け、人間の形で登場する疫病鬼神は正と負のイメージといった多様な表象が見られるのに対して、動物の形象で現れる疫病鬼神は、人間に災いをもたらす負の疫鬼が多いことを指摘した。さらに、『夷堅志』における疫病鬼神の説話の中、当地の土地神と交渉し、その土地に行疫する疫病鬼神を記す一群を取り上げ、疫病鬼神と土地神との攻防の様相について考察した。最後に、この一群の中、『夷堅乙志』巻五の異僧符説話が日本に伝わり、江戶時代の文学、医学関連資料および民間信仰などに広く影響を与えた事例を分析し、『夷堅志』の和訳と明代の類書『群談採余』を通して広まったという、日本における『夷堅志』説話の受容の一端を明らかにした。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | "Yijian Zhi" is a collection of mystery novels (Zhiguai Xiaoshuo) compiled by Hong Mai (1123-1202) in China. Focusing on the images and cases of plague demons in "Yijian Zhi", this study aims to provide a deep analysis of the characteristics of each. The plague demons presented in this book can be divided into two categories: those that appeared in human forms and animal forms. As this study finds out, the plague demons in human forms have such concrete representations that embody both positive and negative images, while other plague demons in animal forms show a more negative image as they could bring disaster to human beings. Furthermore, based on the narrative of the plague demons in "Yijian Zhi", this study probes into a group of plague demons who negotiated with the Land god and dissects the aspect of the battle between the two sides. Finally, the study explores an anecdote about a magic talisman（異僧符） from "Yijian Zhi", which exerted a wide influence on literature, medical literature, and folk religions during the Edo period. It explains part of the Japanese acceptance of anecdotes from "Yijian Zhi", circulated through the Ming Dynasty book "Qun tan Cai Yu". |
