| 内容記述 | 日本古典文学作品の校訂本による本文データベースを作成している。本文データベースは全文（フルテキスト）をデータベースとして定義するものである。全文には校訂に伴う各種情報が付加される。また、作品はそれ自体を記述する本文情報に加え、多くの属性情報を持ち、かつ作品特有の構造を持つ。 文学研究には、本文とそれに関わる種々の情報が同時に参照出来るデータベースが必要である。作品本文の全文を単にコンピュータに蓄積しただけではあまり役立たない。全文と各種付属情報の総合的なデータベースを校訂本文データベースと言う。即ち、校訂本文データベースでは、データベースを構成する各種実体の記述とそれらの関連が表現できなければならない。研究者が必要とする多様な活用に応え得るデータモデルが必要である。また、システムは実現可能でなければならない。 一方、日本語処理可能なパソコン等の普及により、国文学者自らがデータを作成する環境が整い始め、専門領域の本文データ作成が進められてきている。既に相当の蓄積がなされてきている。しかしながら、おおむねシステム、文字コード、外字処理、データの形式や構造等に関しての仕様が研究者個人に依存し,蓄積した資源の流通を意識していない。 従って、データ入力の共通基盤の確立と適切な標準化が必要である。これをデータ記述文法または言語と呼んでいる。さらに、データを流通するためには異なったシステム間での通信規則（プロトコル）が必要である。 国文学研究資料館はこの様な標準化の一端を担う機関であるので、ここでの本文データベースはデータ流通を前提としたデータベースでなければならない。また、本文データベースは国文学研究を推進するための国文学研究支援システムの中核を成すものと位置づけている(1)～(3)。本稿では国文学研究資料館における本文データベースの概要を述べ、データ記述文法について解説する。 A text database is created by a revised edition of Japanese classical literature. The text database defines the whole sentence (the full text) as a database. Various piece of information with the revision is added to the full text. Also, the work has many attribute information in addition to the full text information to describe itself, and have structure peculiar to a work. The database which can refer to the text and various kinds of information about it at the same time is necessary for literary study. It is not very useful only to have accumulated the full text of the work to the computer. A general database of the full text and the various attached information is called a revision text database. That is, with the revision text database, it is necessary to express a description of various entities comprises a database and those connection. A data model which can correspond to the various types of utilization that researchers need. Also the system must be feasible. On the other hand, by the spread of PCs which can perform Japanese processing, the environment where Japanese classical scholars make data by themselves has begun to be prepared, the text data creating of the specialty has been pushed forward. Considerable accumulation has been accomplished. However, regarding the specification of a system, a character code, an external character processor, data format and structure depend on the researcher individual and are not conscious of the circulation of the resources which accumulated on the whole. Therefore, the establishment of the common fundamental and appropriate standardization of data entry are needed. This is called data descriptive grammar or data description language. Moreover, for data distribution, the communication regulation (protocol) between different systems is necessary. Since National Institute of Japanese Literature is the organization to contribute to such a standardization, a text database here must be a database assuming the data circulation. Also the text database is the core of the study support system to promote the study of Japanese Classical Literature (1) ~ (3). In this article, the text database outline was stated and explained the data descriptive grammar. |
