| 内容記述 | 平安時代の物語に登場する内侍所の女官、特に典侍・掌侍は、帝に近侍し内侍の職掌を遂行する有能な存在として描かれることが多い。彼女たちが時の帝とどのような関わりを持ち、どのような役割を担っているのか。その問題は、物語の生成と展開に強い影響を及ぼすものと考えられる。本論では「内侍中臣ふさこ」（『竹取物語』、「桐壺帝の典侍・命婦」（『源氏物語』）、「右近内侍」（『枕草子』『栄花物語』）に着目して、その存在意義を考察した。内侍たちが見せるのは、帝に近侍し帝意の伝達や宮廷行事の推進に従事する姿や、音楽・和歌・有識の才豊かなあり方である。そして、帝の威光を世に知らしめ、帝と国の状況に危機が訪れた場合には速やかに回避策を講じ、さらには、帝と后及び周辺の人々との懇切な仲介役を務め帝の後宮経営の補佐役を果たしているのである。そのような職掌を果たすなかで、内侍たちの視線は帝と宮廷及びその周辺に生起する出来事を注意深く観察し、その聴覚は帝の内奥から発せられた他言を憚る「御ことば」を聞き漏らすまいと研ぎ澄まされていく。内侍たちの周辺には、帝と宮廷が擁する光と影が常に揺曳しているのである。内侍たちが文学世界にもたらしているのは、仕える帝の「物語」そのものなのだといえる。 Court ladies in Naishi-sho, especially Tenji・Shoji in the tales of Heian Era were often described as able executives who valeted an emperor to execute Naiji job. How they related and what kind of role they played to an emperor at time . It might be appeared that the problem influenced story generation and plot development. In this paper, while noticing Naijichushin Fusako “Taketori-monogartari”(竹取物語),’Kiritsubo-tei no tenj・myobu（桐壺帝の典侍・命婦）’,”Genji-monogatari’’（源氏物語）) ‘Ukon-naiji’（右近内侍） “Makura-no-soshi（枕草子）”,”Eika-monogatari（栄花物語）”, its importance of existence was considered. In there, they handed emperor intentions down to everyone or engaging in promotion of court events as well as their ‘music’, ’waka’, and other intellectual ability. Then they did their duty as seraglio management assistants to make people known emperor’s authority in the world and plans to avoid crisis were taken promptly, moreover they cordially acted as an intermediary between Emperor, Her Majesty the Empress and people around them, observing attentively the affair around there. Therefore their ears were sharpened gradually to hear all of Emperor’s Mikotoba which were confidential words coming from his heart. There was the lights and shadow which Emperor and the court brought into existence around them at all times. It can be said that shrine maidens brought their emperor “A story” itself to the literary world. |
