| 内容記述 | 一定の規模をもった組織体の場合、組織体機能が内部部局によって分担されるから、発生する文書記録群の総体あるいはその伝存形態である記録史料群の総体は、組織の機能分担システムを反映した体系的秩序、有機的構造をその内側に備えることになる。この記録史料群の内部構造を明らかにすることは、それに含まれる記録史料の十全かつ科学的な理解に必要不可欠なことである。さらに文書記録を管理し保存してきた組織体の組織史を明らかにすることにもつながる。 本稿は、以上のような文書記録管理史研究の位置づけのもとで、近世中期から幕末期にかけての熊本藩の文書記録管理システムに関する検討を行って熊本藩の文書管理の具体相を明示し、さらに文書管理システムの特質を明らかにしようとするものである。 とくに刑法方と寺社方・町方という2部局の現用文書記録目録を分析して、文書記録管理システムの実相を提示する。 The organization body function is allotted for the organization body with a certain scale by Internal Bureaus・Therefore, the organization body makes, it manages, and the whole of the record group that preserves it will have an organic structure to reflect the structure in the organization. Clarifying an organic structure of the document record group oppositely comes to connect with clarifying the context of the organization body that invents the records and to contribute to scientific understanding of the records. This text does a concrete examination concerning Kumamoto clan's put on the end of shogunate period in the middle of the early modern age record management system, and clarifies the characteristic of the record management system. |
