| 内容記述 | 本稿は武蔵国入間郡赤尾村林家文書を対象として、近世後期における村政文書に対する名主家と小前層との価値認識の相違について検討する。まず、林家の文書認識の前提として近世中期における村政文書引継と村方騒動について分析し、村政文書の林家への移管とそれをめぐる村方騒動から価値認識の形成を指摘する。次に、林家帳簿体系と林信海の遺訓、文書修復文言に注目し、林信海の文書に対する価値認識を検討する。最後に、天保12年の名主疑念一件について検討し、近世後期における林家赤尾村小前層との文書に対する価値認識の相違について述べる。 以上の分析から、享保期の引継から村政文書を自家の由緒に取り込んでいた林家は特権の淵源としてその維持・管理を重要視するが、一定の「村政民主化」を達成しながらも林家の行政的・経済的実力を必要としていた小前層は名主家のリコールに発展させずに特権の淵源としての維持・管理を否定するという村政文書に対する多様な価値認識を指摘した。 The difference between the heredity village headman the seventh day home value recognituion at latter term and the value recognition with a komae layer is examination this thesis for the Musashi country lruma-gun Akao-village Hayasike document at the early modern age. Because there is no arrangement of succession table in the Hayashike document, the information arrangement of this house in the diary and the book related to receipts and disbursements first of all is examined, and importance in the document group of present master nobuumi at the latter term of the early modern age is pointed out. Next, the village of the middle of the early modern age document succeeds and analyzes to village riot､and points out the formation of the value recognition from the transfer of a village important document to Hayashike and the village riot over it. Thirdly last instruction sand the document restoration objection of hayashinobuumi are paid to attention, and the value recognition to the document of hayashinobuumi is examined. Finally one village headman the seventh day doubt in l841 is examined, and the difference of the value recognition at the heredity village headman the seventh day family and the latter term of the early modern age to the document with aka-village komae layer is described. Value was able to be denied completely though the movement of the village politics democratization was not taken so that the small front side where an administrative, economical ability in the heredity village headman the seventh day family was needed may conflict a sonly a privileged deprivation hung without developing into the recall in the village headman the seventh day family; and it was made to a village important document above, thus, the difference of various value recognition to the village document was pointed out in this text. |
