| 内容記述 | The National Institute of Japanese Literature (NIJL) connected ‘Tsugaru Family Papaers of the Hirosaki Clan in Mutsunokuni' (26vols) which had been exhibited for sale at Tokyo Koten Kai (Xxhibition of Classics for Sale by Secondhand Book Shops in Tokyo) in November 2009. Although their custodial history is not known, the NIJL registered them as an additional accession (Accession No.2009H) to the ‘Tsugaru Family Papers' in the NIJL holdimngs, because they are clearly a part of the government office records of the Hirosaki Clan in the Edo period About the half of the papers (14vols) are occupied by Registers with a title ・・・Daicho", rare records of which only the Hirosaki City Library possesses three volumes. Consisting of two different types of records, that is: record management registers prepared for each container titled: ‘Okuraban Bitsu',､Okura Betsu Bitsu', ‘Oyakusho Otansu', etc.. and lists of classification subjects and marks. These l4 volumes of Registers contain abundant information about the management of more than 17,000 items of the Hirosaki Clan govermant office records in the Edo period. The background and reason that I am introducing these Registers are: 1) Actual conditions of record management at each clan in the Edo period have been becoming clear recently as a part of fruit of the study for archival history, and 2) Newly discovered Registers are to be expected to make clear of the actual conditions of the management of more than 17,000 items of the Hirosaki Clan governmental records, and it should contribute to the study of archival history of the Hirosaki Clan. Becouse of the short age of space, the present issue publishes only one basic register Titled ‘Okuraban Bitsu' Buwake Narabini Betsu Bitsu Shirushizuke Oyakusho Otansu Buwake' (No.14) and five volumes of numberd registers titled, Okuraban Bitsu､(No.1-5). Other registers are to be published in the followed issues. |
