| 内容記述 | 本稿は、筆者がこれまで考察してきた大学アーカイブズ理念を実現するための方法論を、大学アーカイブズの活動戦略として検討したものである。戦略とは、理念と諸活動を結びつけるものである。この検討によって、大学アーカイブズの諸活動が整理され体系的に把握されるとともに、筆者の考える活動戦略の試論を提起することによって、大学アーカイブズの理念と活動の関係性に一定の枠組みを示すことになると考えられる。 筆者は、大学アーカイブズの理念として大学理念の実現を掲げていることから、まず大学アーカイブズの諸活動と大学理念との関係性を考察した｡日本の大学アーカイブズ全般に共通してみられる活動として、「資料の収集・整理・保存・公開」「広報・アウトリーチ」「調査研究」「教育」の四件を取り上げ、他方、大学理念の実現要件を「教育」「研究」「社会連携」「運営」とし、個々の大学アーカイブズ活動がどのような点で大学理念の実現に寄与するかを明確にした。あわせて、こうした大学アーカイブズ理念を実現するために、今後とくに重視すべき重点施策として、記録管理・社会連携・アーカイブズ学教育の三点を挙げ、その意義や可能性について検討した。最後に、そうした戦略の存在が、大学アーカイブズの評価にかかわって意味を持ってくるのではないかと指摘した。 This article considers activity strategy in university archives to achieve a philosophy of university archives. The strategy ties philosophy to the activities. By this consideration, we can recognize the activities of university archives systematically, and I raise the strategic model of university archives, I offer the frame of the relation between philosophy and the activities. I am declaring the philosophy of university archives to achieve the philosophy of university itself. So, first of all, I consider the relation between the activities of university archives and the philosophy of university. Four requirements, "collecting, arrangement, preservation, and making available the holdings", "public relation and outreach", "research'', and "education", are common activities in the university archives in Japan. On the other hand, the achievement requirements for the university philosophy are assumed to be "education'', "research", "society-university cooperation'', and "administration". And then, I emphasize three points (records management, society-university cooperation, and archival education) to achieve the philosophy of university archives as an important policy in the future. Finally, I point out that the existence of such strategy relates to the evaluation of university archives. |
