| 内容記述 | 本稿は、二○○九年度に当館収蔵となった弘前藩庁の文書管理帳簿の紹介と翻刻を、本誌前号（第７号）の（その１）を承けて、未掲載分を（その２）として掲出するものである（受入経緯については、前号を参照）。 Following my paper in the previous issue of this Journal (No.7), the present paper intends to introduce and print the rest of the record management registers of the Hirosaki Clan government, which had been collected by the National Institute of Japanese Literature (NIJL) in September 2009 (as for accessioning process, see my previous paper). Consisting of two different types of records, that is: record management registers prepared for each container, titled ‘Okura Ban Bitsu', Okura Betsu Bitsu', ‘Oyakusho Otansu',etc., and lists of classification subiects and marks, those 14 volumes of Registers contain abundant information about the management of more than l7,000 items of the Hirosaki Clan government offce records in the Edo period. The background and reason that I am introducing these Registers are: 1) Actual conditions of record management at each clan in the Edo period have been becoming clear recently as a part of fruit of the study for archival history, and 2) Newly discovered Registers are to be expected to make clear of the actual conditions of the management of more than l7,000 items of the Hirosaki Clan govemmental records, and it should contribute to the study of archival history of the Hirosaki Clan. The previous issue published, as Part I, one basic register titled ‘Okura Ban Bitsu BuwakeNarabini Betsu Bitsu Shirushizuke Oyakusho Otansu Buwake‘ (No.14) and five volumes of numbered registers titled ‘Okura Ban Bitsu’ (No.1-5:Three out of eight volumes are missing). The present issue publishes, as Part II, four volumes of the registers titled ‘Betsu BitsuDaicho’ (No.6-9), three volumes of the registers titled ‘Oyakusho-Ban Otansu Daicho’ (No.10-12), one volume of the register titled ‘OkuraWO-jirushiHitsuire, Matsumae, Otansu Narabini Hikidashi Iri Doh Betsu Bako On Genji (No.13). |
