| 内容記述 | 本稿は記録史料群の整理・調査方法のうち、段階的整理に則って行われる概要調査あるいは現状記録の方法を振り返り、現在的な課題の中でどのような考え方や方法に基づくべきかを提示するものである。但し、ここでは文書館・博物館・図書館などの資料保存機関に収蔵されている記録史料群ではなく、個人住宅などの民間に所在する資料を対象としたい。最初に概要調査と現状記録の理念について、研究蓄積を振り返り民間所在資料を扱う場合のスタンスについて私見を述べる。次に概要調査と現状記録についての実際の方法について検証する。概要調査にしろ、現状記録にしろ、1980年代に提起されて以降見直されていないため、方法の検証が必要であるものと思われる。次に民間所在資料で求められる概要調査と現状記録の考え方と方法についての筆者の考えを述べ、デジタルカメラを多用する方法を提起する。また、実験段階ではあるがiPadを用いた方法も提起する。 The methods how to organize and examine a swarm of historical sources which can be applied in a skeleton research and a present-condition record during a step-by-step organizing procedure are reviewed in this study. The ideal attitudes and methods to handle with the current problems are also discussed. The scope of this study only covers private sources preserved in such as homes: the public sources archived in public institutions, museums, and libraries are not covered. First, the required attitude to handle with the private sources are discussed based on the accumulated know-how in the history research. Second, practical methods are verified and newly examined since l980's. Finally, the conditions imposed on the organizing procedure of the private sources as well as a new method to make frequent use of digital cameras and, although being in the experimental stage, iPads are presented. |
