| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、植民地期カンボジアの行政史料群である理事長官文書について、アーカイブズ学の視点から史料群そのものを再考するものである。特に分類システム(ブデ分類）とフォンド記述に着目し、その妥当性について批判的検証を試みた。 理事長官文書とは、フランス行政機関である理事長官府（中央）および理事官府（地方）の行政文書／業務記録をカバーしたコレクションである。現在は国立公文書館に保管されており、分類には当時のインドシナ文書管理分類であったポール・ブデ考案のブデ分類が採用されている。ブデ分類は図書館分類体系と親和的な主題別分類であるため、史料群構造を反映した階層構造とはなっておらず、さらに内戦による再整理・再分類が生じているため、現秩序維持とも言い難い。またフォンド記述についても、出所が異なる王国文書が混在するなど、時代区分や組織体の点で齟齬が生じている。つまり理事長官文書とは、組織体の記録というよりも、全植民地期レコードと認識すべき史料群であるといえる。 The purpose of this paper is to reconsider about the records of the French administration in Cambodia, from an archival scientific point of view. Especially, paying attention to Boudet classification system and description of fonds, the author tries to analyze the validities of them critically. To begin with, the author introduces the French colonial collection called Fonds of Resident Superior of Cambodia or RSC. It is the largest collection of the National Archives of Cambodia, and contains records from all the various services of the French administration, from the community level up to the national level. Next, she Surveys Poul Boudet's work which set the guidelines for the classification and administration of government archives in French Indochina. This classification is system still used for RSC. Finally, the author discusses two following points about RSC, the reclassification problem and its background, and description of fonds is valid or not． |
