| 内容記述 | 聖路加看護大学の大学史編纂・資料室では2006年から収集したオーラルヒストリーのデータ45件分を保管している。これらのオーラルヒストリーの収集手法を分析し、課題を検討することを通して、大学アーカイブズにおいてオーラルヒストリーを収集するにあたり必要となる作業について考察した。大学アーカイブズにおけるオーラルヒストリーの位置づけを大学組織運営の経営知としての資料、大学活動の主体者である学生（卒業生）の活動に関する資料の2つに限定して捉え、そのうえで大学アーカイブズでオーラルヒストリーを収集する際には、実施概要の作成、本人校正、公開･保存の同意書取得、データベース化、利用規程整備が必要な行程としてあげられることを示した。 This study considers necessary steps to collect oral history at college archives, through examining the method how to collect the oral history which St. Luke’s college of nursing archives did previously. First it is proposed that oral history is the collection of 1) the records of college management, and 2) the one of student activity. Then in order to archive oral history as college archives, it is concluded that 5 steps are required; recording process of project, interviewee’s proofreading, permission to use the interview, online catalog, and use policy. |
