| 内容記述 | Tona, a Buddhist monk cum waka poet was one of the prominent leader of the Nijō poetic school. Also he was celebrated as Waka Shitenno with Keiun, Jouben, Kenko in the Period of the Northern and Southern Courts. Tona complied “Soan-syū”, which is the culmination of his life in 1359 under awareness as a leader of the Nijō poetic school. Although “Soan-syū” have similar categories (shiki―four seasons poetry, koiuta―lovers poetry, zoka― miscellaneous poetry, shakyoka―poetry about Buddhism etc.) as chokusenshu (the imperial poem anthology), “Soan-syū” is also showing Tona’s personalities in itself. But “Soan-syū” is not the only one in the ageless history of shika-syū (the personal collection of poetry). For understanding what the special qualities of “Soan-syū” are, it need to be analyzed by taking other chokusen-syū and shikasyū until (Soan-syū) into consideration. So this analyzations about other works that related with “Soan-syū”, (especially Shinshūi Wakashū, the 19th chokusen-syū that Tona participated in the compilation) could help understand what arrangement and composition of “Soan-syū” are. Also from historical point of view, that should be helpful to understanding how Tona use his ingenuity for compilation of “Soan-syū”. Furthermore, paying attention to theme of poetry in “Soan-syū” could make it clear that how Tona set a space and time for each theme in contrast to other poet, which make it involved with compilation of “Soan-syū”. |
